Welcome to Rayburn Design. My little spot on the world wide web. Eventually, if all goes to plan, this site will be revamped as a business site devoted to graphic design. But I haven't started my company yet. So for now, I'll be using this place to feature some of my artwork (mostly photographs so far), maybe some sample logo concepts, and a few web concepts. Inspiration... From time to time I will offer a link to an artist who's work has struck me in some fashion. There are millions of creative people on the net striving to be heard. I'm always happy to pass along a link to one I've found worth visiting.

I've been dabbling in graphic arts and photography for nie on 30 years now. Always more as a hobby and a part-time source of income than as a steady career. Life, and it's myriad distractions kept me from persuing it full time. Until now that is. Shortly, I plan start up a business dealing in graphic design. Everything from websites and print media, to logos and corporate identity. If all goes well and I start up my company, my main target will be the small business community in Barrie, Ontario. My plan is to offer simple but elegant work. In this day and age of imformation overload, I think using brevity and polish is a great way to get the message accross. The skills I plan to bring to the table include Photography, Photoshop, Illustrator, Web Design, and some 3D work. In any case, that's for the future.
